「５．当初から国際的活動を視野に入れて活動していく」と述べたが、じつはこちらの活動の方が早くからスタートしており、「国際ケインズ・コンファランス」としてこれまで6回開催してきている。「閉会の辞」で言及したのだが、具体的には次のようなものである。会議は英語で行われている。

  その成果の一端は、次の書籍として本年はじめに刊行されている。
